On Saturday, August 17, 2024, The North Face held an event to launch The North Face x IKB Summit Series, at Thailand Creative & Design Center (TCDC).
Summit Series, our pinnacle performance collection, is born of a refusal to compromise. It’s made to take climbers, trail runners, and snow athletes to the limits of human potential and beyond.
In FW24 The North Face will break through the noise with a unique partnership with the archive of artist Yves Klein.
Among many other works, Klein is noted for creating the vibrant ultramarine blue – IKB or International Klein Blue – that takes his name and became a central component of his work, including his performance art.
By outfitting our athletes with The North Face IKB Summit Series in completed look, they will stand out from other runners. What’s more, their journey through the Mont Blanc massif will become an artwork in its own right, similar to Klein’s Anthropometry, a series of works created using human models covered in paint as “living paintbrushes”

ในวันเสาร์ที่ 17 สิงหาคม 2567 The North Face ได้จัดกิจกรรมเปิดตัวคอลเล็กชั่นพิเศษ The North Face x IKB Summit Series ที่ Thailand Creative & Design Center (TCDC) โดยได้รับเกียรติจากแขกผู้มีเกียรติต่างๆ และเหล่านักกีฬาของ The North Face ที่มาร่วมงานในโอกาสสำคัญนี้
Summit Series เป็นคอลเล็กชั่นที่มีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด ซึ่งเกิดจากการไม่ยอมแพ้ในขีดจำกัดของตนเอง และถูกสร้างขึ้นเพื่อนักกีฬา อาทิเช่นนักปีนเขา นักวิ่งเทรล และนักกีฬาหิมะ เพื่อก้าวข้ามผ่านขีดจำกัดของศักยภาพตัวเอง
ในคอลเล็กชั่นฤดูใบไม้ร่วง/ฤดูหนาวปี 2024 (FW24) The North Face จะสร้างความโดดเด่นด้วยความร่วมมือกับองค์กรของ อีฟว์ คไลน์
ซึ่งในบรรดาผลงานของคไลน์ ได้รับการยกย่องในเรื่องการสร้างเฉดสีน้ำเงินอันโดดเด่นที่เรียกว่า IKB หรือ International Klein Blue ซึ่งเป็นสีที่ได้ชื่อจากเขาและกลายเป็นส่วนสำคัญในผลงานของเขา รวมถึงศิลปะการแสดงของเขาด้วย การแต่งกายนักกีฬาของThe North Face ด้วยสี IKB ตั้งแต่ศีรษะจรดปลายเท้า จะทำให้พวกเขาโดดเด่นจากนักวิ่งคนอื่นๆ ยิ่งไปกว่านั้น การเดินทางของพวกเขาผ่านเทือกเขา Mont Blanc จะกลายเป็นผลงานศิลปะในตัวมันเอง ซึ่งคล้ายกับชิ้นงานศิลปะ Anthropometry ของคไลน์ เป็นชุดผลงานที่สร้างขึ้นโดยใช้ร่างกายมนุษย์ที่ทาสีจนกลายเป็น “พู่กันที่มีชีวิต”
